Shipping, Delivery & Address Policy

Perchly is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, or misdelivered packages once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that a package has been marked as delivered but it cannot be located, the customer must first contact the shipping carrier for further assistance and investigation. If no resolution is reached, the customer may then contact Perchly. At that point, Perchly may, at its discretion, offer a replacement order at a reduced cost.

Perchly is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

If a customer notices an error in their shipping address, they should contact Perchly immediately at perchly.store@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the address or cancel the order if it has not yet shipped.

If the address cannot be corrected and the package is shipped to the incorrect address, no refund will be issued unless the item is returned to Perchly by the carrier. Once the item is received back, the order will be automatically refunded.
