Return & Refund Policy
At Perchly, we want you and your feathered friend to be happy with every purchase. Due to the nature of pet products and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a limited return policy outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the following situations:
- The item arrived broken, damaged, or defective and remains unused
- The item is new, unused, and in its original packaging
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact Perchly within 30 days of receiving their order.
Once the return request is approved, Perchly will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
After the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective Products After Use
If a product becomes defective during normal use within 30 days of delivery, the item is not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
However, customers may request a refund by contacting Perchly within 30 days of delivery.
In these cases:
- Photos or videos of the defect may be required
- If the refund request is approved, the item does not need to be returned
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Health & Safety Policy
At Perchly, the health and safety of pet birds is extremely important to us. Pet birds and parrots can carry communicable illnesses and bacteria, including diseases such as Psittacosis, which may spread through contact with contaminated surfaces, toys, perches, bedding, or other bird-related products.
Because of this, we maintain a strict no-return policy on all used items. Once a product has been used, introduced into a bird’s environment, or exposed to pets, it cannot be safely cleaned, sanitized, or resold.
This policy helps protect the health and well-being of birds, bird owners, and future customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep the bird community safe while continuing to provide high-quality products for the birds we all love so much.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used products that are not defective
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery
